Ruskin pottery Art Deco hexangonal jar with lid
Ruskin Pottery Art Deco Hexagonal jar with lid - Ruskin was a pioneer of art pottery between 1898 and 1935, famous for flambe and high fired glazes. This is an exceptionally rare piece. It is a matt glaze and two examples can be seen on page 122 of [42] on advertising postcards of 1929. Normally the lid is broken or missing, so this is really rare. The lid is very fine and delicate - it's like eggshell. An exceptionally RARE piece of Ruskin. Height 7.5 cm

Width 9.5 cm
