Secessionist Czech Bohemian Glass Vase

Secessionist Czech Bohemian glass vase - If we could be certain of the date and manufacturer of this vase, we would be charging a lot more! The pontil is ground as opposed to polished and the base looks nearly new. But on closer examination there is slight wear which may give a clue to the date. The vase has an applied black thread around the wavy lip. There is a band of clear glass which is around the waist of the vase above the flared base. We suspect it is a later interpretation of Czech Secessionist glass. It is beautifully executed	Height 20 cm
