| German blue and silver glaze art pottery jug. It is marked on the base 129/12 (the number 12 referring to its height of 12cm, and 129 referring to the shape or model number). There is an impressed mark, a bit like a D. The glaze is stunning, a mix between dark blue, green and silver in colour. We have no idea of the age, but the glaze has come out really well, soft and silky, which is why we bought it. We would appreciate any information on the mark. The jug has an unsual shape, and feels quite Germanic. Indeed, it is a lovely piece of art pottery. |
